Does learning rust make me better at C than learning C makes me better at rust?

Obviously to learn C you should learn C, and to learn rust you should learn rust

But im curious if theres an assymetry when it comes to getting better at the other language frmo the first. Mainly I heard the strict rust compiler will make you a better low level programmer because it forces you to get good coding habits which you can extend to C, but is this true or not?
