LibertyOS is getting close to its 1.0 release, looking for help, some exciting news

Hey all! It's been a week or so, but I have not given up on the operating system I posted about! Since I first posted on this subreddit, you all have downloaded the kernel ~450 times, over a hundred people have starred the repository, and the Discord server has grown every day.

I want to say "thank you", for the continued support of me and my project, the words of encouragement, and the criticism (believe me, I need it). I was blown away when I saw that the repository for the kernel was on the trending page for Rust. I cannot describe the way seeing my repo on trending made me feel, but it was a great feeling. I have gone through a lot lately (I'm not complaining or anything. We all have problems, and I think I am in a good place) and working on this operating system has really helped get my mind off of the things that have been troubling me. I don't have any friends, so I was really happy when I started seeing people join the Discord server.

On a more Rust-related note, I am getting close to releasing the 1.0 version of the kernel. The update schedule has been a little wacky as of late, but I am trying to get everything in order for the big release. I am still looking for contributors. I have a few small tasks that I don't know enough to do (yet, at least), and I would really love having friends to work together on this project. If you would like to help, get in contact and/or submit a pull request. :)
