Looking for a masters that I can use to improve Rust Lang directly.

Outside of the internet I'm Tomaz Canabrava, you might know my work on KDE as one of the main developers of konsole, and also on subsurface (as the person that migrated the application from gtk to qt). I'm fairly OK with c++ but I'm... dissatisfied on how the language is going, and I don't have a masters yet, so...

I currently live in the UK - but the masters here are prohibitively expensive, so I'm looking for an university that could have me as student and be online (so I could travel when needed, but I still need to live / work in the UK)

I have a vast knowledge on opensource, and \some\ knowledge on other areas. I already implemented LLVM plugins and software that interfaced to it, too.

If I can use masters time to master rust and make rust better, that'd be a dream.
