strop stochastically generates machine code

I've made a thing that can generate machine code for a given function. It's called strop. You could think of it as an alternative to a compiler.

I think the README should be clear about what the project does.

I've made some noise about this project before on here (especially in the "What's everyone working on this week" threads), but, because I've seen others do it and because it'll be helpful for my learning, I figured I'd give it it's own thread as well. Because it's my first project done in Rust, I wanted to invite some code review type feedback. Maybe there's something I've done in a stupid, unrustaceous or unidiomatic way, or maybe I'm missing a trick. So go ahead and roastme!
