DAG - Download an asset from the latest GitHub release

Hi!

Last month I was refactoring my dotfiles and was annoyed by some packages from GitHub release with fixed version in the url, that I needed to update every now and then to download the latest release.

So I built this cli tool called dag that allows to download the latest release asset from a repository (with interactive and non-interactive modes).

This is my second project using rust so any kind of feedback about my code is very appreciated!
