State of Rust Cookbook?

https://rust-lang-nursery.github.io/rust-cookbook/

I stumbled across the Rust Cookbook somewhere, used an example as a starting base for something, and then discovered that one of the crates, error-chain, used in that example has long since been deprecated. I was going to submit a pull request, but last commit is from January of 2021 and pull requests seem to be ignored. Anyone familiar with the project/know its status?
