I finally understand the naming of Iterator::fuse

It's like an electrical fuse, when the iterator returns None the fuse "blows" and keeps returning None forever.

I always thought it was fuse as in to glue together. I couldn't figure out how the name related to it's function. Like it glues the iterator shut? It made no sense until now.
