New version of git-cliff is out! (Changelog generator written in Rust)

Hey fellow rustaceans!

I'm happy to announce that recently I released the new version of git-cliff. Feel free to take a look at the changelog here. This release contains a bunch of bug fixes and new features that will improve the release workflow of a lot of people who use git-cliff I believe.

There are a couple of issues that I'm planning to work on for the next release and I'm posting them here in case there is interest towards contributing to the project:

• Support configuring git-cliff in Cargo.toml
• Support changing scope with commit_parsers
• Generate changelog for submodules
• Regex preprocess commit messages
• Add a man page

And please keep in mind that there isn't big or small contribution, anything that will improve git-cliff is appreciated!
