waffle-scheme: Simple Scheme implementation with JIT compiler

Hello! I was working on Scheme Bytecode VM & JIT compiler recently and at this point it reached usable state:

\- Bytecode VM is stable and no opcodes will be added to it

\- Tail calls implemented through trampolines in both interpreter and JIT compiler

\- JIT based on Cranelift works, can inline some primitives, interpreter->JIT trampolines are working

\- Immix GC (using my own GC lib https://github.com/Starlight-JS/comet) works too, has good latency & throughput

\- Small core library with necessary macros and functions is already implemented, TinyCLOS port soon :)
