Is crates.io experiencing issues right now?

I'm currently unable to update some dependencies and cargo just tells me it "failed to get a 200 response". Furthermore specific packages crates.io web pages aren't up (although their main page https://crates.io seems fine). However, I don't see any updates from the cratesiostatus twitter. Anyone else in this boat?

EDIT: Issue is now reported as resolved, and iwfm.
