rkyv_codec: A simple, fast packet streaming library for rkyv with no recurring heap allocation.
As far as I can tell, there don't seem to be very many fast packet streaming libraries (only futures_codec and tokio_util::codec). So I made my own using my favorite serialization library: rkyv.
