IPv4 dotted decimal tuple of hell

While talking with some friends on the Rust Italy community, we joked about using a tuple to specify IPv4 addresses, like address.127.0.0.1 and I thought why not make a macro that does just that?

Obviously it would be much better to not use such a thing generate the tuple once and paste that directly in the code but that wouldn't be nearly as bad fun.
