Rust OpenAPI + Swagger UI utoipa is finally stable 0.1.0

Utoipa is compile time OpenAPI documentation for everyone and everything with Rust. https://github.com/juhaku/utoipa is so simple that coding Rust API with OpenAPI and Swagger UI feels like rainbows and sunshine. Once you try there is now going back to other forms of OpenAPI management.

I truly believe that for most of cases, code-first approach is the one and only the best way to document the APIs along with the real implementation.
