An observation on target OS

Anybody else find it interesting how many Mac-only text editors/IDEs pass by this subreddit, considering Linux is the most common target platform, and Windows typically beats Mac by a couple points in "What platforms do you target with your Rust applications?" on Jetbrains Dev Ecosystem surveys?

I'm not upset, as I'm content with using VSC (though I'm tempted to try out Neovim); this is merely an observation. Is it something inherent to the text editors which are made easier to develop for Mac?
