What is happening with Rust for Linux?

Idk if this is the right sub to ask, but i was wondering whats going on with rust for linux, will it ever be merged to main, and is there a prediction when? I looked on the internet, but i couldnt find any updates from 2022, only before. So if anyone has any news, or knows where can the progress be tracked that would be great
