Dependency justification section may need more adoption

I came across crossterm the other day and realized that it has a dependency justification section, which explains what each dependency is used for. To me this really helps me understand a project better and make decisions for my own dependencies, but I’m surprised that this kind of justification has not become more popular. I would include one in my own projects from now, and I also want to give a humble suggestion to the community that we all be aware of our dependencies more, and include a justification section if possible.
