[ANN] stopping maintenance of netlink crates

Hello,

I know some projects are using my netlink library so I thought it was worth making an announcement here. I'm officially stopping the maintenance of these crates: https://github.com/little-dude/netlink/issues/257

Some people have been helping with maintenance over the past two years, but I think there are some issues that require some non trivial amount of work and I just don't have time/energy for it.

• https://github.com/little-dude/netlink/issues/139
• https://github.com/little-dude/netlink/issues/230

I'm obviously biased but I think these libraries are not too bad overall, and can benefit the community. So if anyone is motivated to take over please comment on the issue.

Thank you to everyone who have helped over the years, and sorry to all the people I let down with move, especially all the PRs I've left rotting in the past couple months.
