Lapce release v0.1.2

https://lapce.dev code editor has a new release v0.1.2

In this release, we focused on the look of Lapce. Now you can change theme colours and some UI sizes and styles in the settings. You can also export those to a theme file. More details on creating a theme plugin for Lapce are here https://docs.lapce.dev/development/theme

The next milestone for Lapce would be proper plugin support. The base architecture is there and we'll start to add plugin APIs.
