Travel between Estonian islands blazingly fast with Paat

Paat (library + CLI application) is a bot for monitoring available free spots on ferries between Saaremaa, Hiiumaa and mainland Estonia. It uses internal API wrapper and plays a sound whenever a spot opens up.

Given the demographics on r/rust it is a long stretch that anybody will use it for the intended purpose but I am still posting it here for two reasons. While I write Rust at work I have not published many opens-source projects and would love to hear some feedback on code quality and architecture. Second reason is that, Paat has a very simple use-case is looking for TUI and Desktop based applications as-well. It is perfect for someone just starting out in Rust and looking to score some open-source credit.

PS. Main motivation in writing Paat in Rust was not "blazingly fast" performance, but an opportunity to compile to native code for end-users machine.
