How do I convert a Json file into a hashmap at compile time. That is the rust compiler should read the file and create hashmap (static variable) at compile time.

I have a large file of Json which I want to convert and use as hashmap in m application. But I would like to do it at compile time because it will take too long to start server if it happens in runtime.
