What is the `?` operator called?

This is important, because ? has such an extremely high awesomeness to character count ratio. I notice the Rust book just calls it the question mark operator, but to me that sounds a bit like calling your cat Cat. Yes, that is what it is, but some beasts deserve better. Should it be called the try operator? The short-circuit operator? E.P.O, the Error Propagator Operator?
