New version of git-cliff is out!

I just released the new version of git-cliff, a highly customizable changelog generator written in Rust. Here are the highlights of this release:

• It is now possible to use OS commands to preprocess commit messages.

• You can use commit_parsers feature to override commit scopes based on regex matches.
