Find potential unused enabled feature flags and prune them with my new library.

I hereby announce a new library capable of finding potential unused, but, enabled feature flags. You can analyze these, generate an HTML report, and even apply suggestions automatically. In the future, I hope to discover some methods to make the "potential" aspect more precise.

edit: If you're running this library on a binary rather than a library, please make sure to supply '--bin' flag. Will make an update to auto-compile binaries as well.
