What is the best IDE for rust?

I have tried vs code with rust-analyzer and sublime with LSP. And both are very bad. There are times where intellisense just freezes and doesn't work at all and times where it gives errors where it should not especially when using a lot of libraries. Is there an alternative? Even if it's paid I don't care.
