Announcing plate v0.3.0: A Rust library for writing simpler Vulkan code

Hey folks, I am happy to announce the release of version 0.3.0 of plate, I consider this to be the first "usable" release, most common features are already supported!

It's a library with a fair amount of abstraction over the Vulkan API. With help of Rust, it also provides some compile time guarantees of correct API usage.

I would love for you to try it out and tell me your experience with it, feel free to suggest features or improvements.
