Should I learn Rust over Haskell for backend devopment

I have seen people use both for a layer interfacing with sql. Both seem viable, and I like rust, but it seems like Haskell has some virtues of its own that are pretty cool. I mostly want to know, can rust handle database querys as effectively and quickly as Haskell?
