Announcing utoipa 2.0.0, long awaited release - Compile time OpenAPI + Swagger UI

Yo fellow rustaceans, it is again that time of the year to let you all know recent achievements.

If you are still new to utoipa here it is in few sentences. Utoipa is compile time OpenAPI library for Rust to automatically generate the OpenAPI doc from code via macros. It can be used with any web framework or even without one and is really simple to use.

A lot has happened since last release and massive amount of effort has been put to this release. There is now better support for axum framework, improved support for rocket framework, more consistent API that follows closely OpenAPI specification, updated Swagger UI, faster compilation time. Also there are number of new features and little tweaks added like support for raw identifiers, serde \tag\\ support and enhanced IntoParams support just to name few.

This release is a breaking release and for those who already are using the library the disussion page https://github.com/juhaku/utoipa/discussions/181 can be used as a migration reference quide
