Announcing egui_dock 0.2 - docking library for egui

This started out as someone's abandoned side project which I forked with the author's consent, documented, and published in its bare bones state (version 0.1).

Since then several people have contributed (including the author of egui himself!) and together we made a bunch of improvements to the library including better API, adding the ability to close and open new tabs, putting tab content inside a ScrollArea, and several bug fixes. The library became much more usable, so I decided to publish a new version and share with you guys.

Currently detaching and re-attaching tabs isn't supported, but it's being worked on and I plan to include it in version 0.3.

Feel free to try it out, report issues, and of course make your own contributions!
