"The Fatal Flaw of Ownership Semantics\

I found this article called The Fatal Flaw of Ownership Semantics the other day while getting to learn about memory allocators and memory allocation strategies for applications and games.

I'm not confident enough in my current knowledge of Rust (even after at least a whole year of usage) to not need help on this: I want to know how valid these points are, for example on the section where they mention "bypassing the borrow checker entirely" which I think might be misleading, but I can't really concretely pinpoint why I think that. Maybe it's not, maybe it is, but I lack the ability to explain either.

So what do you think of this article?
