Where do people look for jobs that use Rust?

I am currently a C++ developer. I use Rust in my free time in personal projects and would like to use it professionally as well. However, I don't really know where to start looking for jobs. LinkedIn doesn't help that much because regardless of what you search it insists on finding jobs that "match your profile", which in my case is C++ jobs. I have to dig through many results to find a few that actually use Rust and don't work with cryptocurrency related stuff, and the ones that I do find often require seniority levels that I do not match. Am I looking in the wrong places? Is there a de facto place where people go to post and look for Rust jobs and that for some reason is unknown for the uninitiated? Are Rust jobs just scarce and have a high entry barrier?

I should add that I would be looking for jobs in Europe and that I am strongly not interested in working with anything related to cryptocurrency, which unfortunately seem to be at least half of the jobs using Rust that I come across.
