Why is Rust faster than Go for CPU bound tasks?
My understanding is that Rust is faster than Go even for CPU bound tasks that don't allocate much memory (so GC overhead doesn't matter). Why is that? Is it because Rust compiler spits out more optimized code? Or some other runtime property?
