Zellij 0.32.0 released: YAML => KDL, command panes, actions through the CLI and a new layout system

Hey Rustaceans, we just released a significant and exciting version of Zellij - the rusty terminal workspace and multiplexer. I personally worked on this version quite a bit, and can happily attest to the quality of the KDL ecosystem for Rust. Give it a try if you're considering a new config language.

So without further ado - what's new in \0.32.0\\?

\- All of our configuration / layouts / themes have moved from YAML to KDL. These will be automatically converted for you.
\- Introducing command panes, check them out: \zellij run --floating -- ls -l\\

\- New layout system
\- Send commands to Zellij through the CLI
