Is there any simple way to test code for Big-Endian platform?
I'm writing a library which involves some endian manipulation.
So I used #[cfg(target_endian = "big")] and #[cfg(not(target_endian = "big"))].
Currently, my tests on x86 show that code for little-endian works fine.
But I'm not sure if the code for big endian is working correctly.
I have a hard time getting access to a big-endian computer. So I have no way to test.
I know that QEMU seems to be able to emulate, but I have no experience with QEMU, and the code I need to test depends on std, so an OS might also need to be installed. I'm relatively familiar with Linux and Windows, and it's clear that in this case Linux may be compatible with a wider range of hardware.
Is there a publicly available big endian server for developers to log in to remotely (ssh)? Or is there any other way to easily simulate big-endian for testing?
