About Rust-Analyzer for VSCode.

Am I the only one having issues with it recently?

I don't know if its issues with VS Code, the Extension, or my (admittedly awful) Computer, but my settings for it are consistently ignored, and hinting options that I've disabled will stay.

Despite my trash laptop, I've never had issues like this except for when neither Emmet stopped working for a while.

Visual Studio Code has also slowed down considerably while working on Rust Projects.

I'm dying inside, thanks.
