Why does Arc require both Send and Sync, and not just Sync?
It should be only Sync, the way it goes in my head. When one constructs an Arc, its inner never moves, changes, or anything. It stays where it's, and we get an immutable reference to it only. Sounds like Sync to me... not Send.
So, the question is: Why do we need Send for T in Arc<T>?
