Resources on Lifetimes

Hello,

I have been going through "The Rust Programming Language". thanks to the writing style, up until now, I haven't had many problems understanding the concepts explained. However, Lifetimes are the one area where I feel that I could do with another explanation. Would you guys be able to recommend, videos or articles, that kind of "dumb it down" ?
