Accessible Documentation?

I'm curious, because a search doesn't turn up much, but any way to make the Rust docs more accessible? If not, is there any appetite within the Rust community for more accessible documentation? I'd be happy to put time into it and take care of it if there's actually demand for it.

Rust is by far my favorite language, but I went totally blind 6 years ago, and the docs just aren't really all that accessible. The docs.rs site you can barely view it, and definitely can't copy and paste things via screen reader. The docs generated by "cargo doc" are a little better, but not by a huge amount.

Is there anyway to generate documentation in either markdown or simplified HTML? If not, is there any demand for this? Again, I'd be happy to take care of it, but don't really want to put that many hours in for something that only myself is going to use.
