I made a CLI tool to remove only outdated cargo artifacts

Hi. I'm author of the swc project and stc.

As a maintainer of large projects, I had to run cargo clean frequently because cargo does not have GC for target. But if I run cargo clean, I have to rebuild all crates. It was consuming substantial amount of time, so I created a CLI tool to remove only outdated artifacts.

ddt clean . internally runs cargo metadata -all-features to determine if a specific version of a specific crate is in the current dependency graph.

It also removes dead git branches. I'll make this optional in the future.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
