The "Rust Web Development" (Manning) book is now released and available

Hey folks! After more than 2 years of editing and re-editing the book, it is finally "in production". The PDF version is available just before Christmas, with the print version arriving early January.

The end result is far better than I have ever imagined, and thanks to huge amounts of work from editors and reviewers, it turned out to be a real gem, with tons of graphics, info boxes and detailed explanations on how to start a web project in Rust (and bring it to production as well).

It uses warp as a web framework, but most of the book is really framework agnostic. This is also the biggest difference to other (great) books out there about web development in Rust. It's a general overview but also deep dive in async Rust, frameworks and how to tackle a larger web project with the language.

I have plans to release an update and maybe switch out the framework once axum (which I really like) is more finalised and doesn't change as much as it still does.

Every review helps spread the word! It already got some pretty nice ones, so I am overall very thankful for the community for the support!
