durian is a general purpose client-server networking library built on top of quinn. It provides a "thin" abstraction layer on top of quinn to make writing netcode extremely simple, automatically taking care of connection/streams management, byte details, packet framing/fragmentation/reassembly, parallel sender/receivers, etc.
I'm currently learning Rust via game development, and on my journey, wrote game networking code to make a multiplayer snake game, which ended up as durian. It was coded up quickly and still in very early development and is not optimized, so not ready for any real production use, but I thought I'd share it anyways as at the moment it could be useful for quick demos/applications, or if the missing features don't matter to you, by all means!
durian has been tested using the Bevy game engine for a multiplayer game over LAN, but can be used for any client-server networking purposes.
