OctaSine (frequency modulation synth plugin) v0.8.2: migrate from iced v0.4 to v0.6, other improvements
I just released version 0.8.2 of OctaSine, my free and open source frequency modulation synth (source code on GitHub). It is available as a VST2 plugin for macOS, Windows and Linux.
Most of the work went into migrating from iced version 0.4 to 0.6. This meant switching to pure widgets and the new, improved styling system, as well as rewriting portions of iced\_baseview. iced\_audio also needed work for compatibility with iced 0.6, most of which was done by fengalin.
Other changes in this release include support for sustain pedals (MIDI CC 64) and improved cursor hover handling in the envelope editor.
