Is Lib.rs down for y'all?

I'm a big fan of https://lib.rs/, I'm getting an HTTP 504 trying to visit presently. I haven't been in a few days, has something happened to it? Maybe server just needs a kick?

Edit: Seems to be back (at least for me) now, but comments suggest it's not particularly stable and perhaps its' been that way for a while.
