I wrote my first ever open source library in Rust!

Hi everyone,

it's so exciting to finally join the open source community! I've wanted to contribute something of value for a while, but only now found the time to do so.

My project is a Bloom filter library for Python, and because I wrote it in Rust, it's faster than anything else out there: https://github.com/kenbyte/rbloom
