Announcing utoipa 3.0.0, one year anniversary release - Compile time OpenAPI library for Rust

It is that time again 1 day less than a full year since the first ever public release of the utoipa library. If you are still new to utoipa, just browse down below to the links and click the Github page to find out more details.

This time it is time to release another milestone in the journey of utoipa. With this release the library has matured with a leap in lightyears forward. The long awaited derive responses functionality has finally landed and is there just for you to use it. Docs were improved a lot with more details. Many existing features got improved like now there is a support for all possible enum variants (what serde supports) and loads of added missing configuration options like validation attributes for schemas are now present.
