Shuttle Batch 2.0 - learn Rust & contribute to open source 🦀
Hey r/rust,
We are pleased to announce the launch of Shuttle Batch 2.0, an enhanced and expanded version of our online batch initiative for the Rust community.
What’s Shuttle?
If you don’t already know, Shuttle is an open-source Rust-native cloud development platform that lets you deploy your app while also taking care of all of your infrastructure. Inspired by our time with YC, we created the Shuttle Batch program.
What’s Shuttle Batch?
Shuttle Batch is an online program aimed at Rust developers who are enthusiastic about learning, collaboration, and contributing to early-stage open-source projects. Participants receive mentorship from our core team and have the opportunity to work on significant problems in a supportive environment with other dedicated developers.
Our first Shuttle Batch (1.0) consisted of 10 participants from 8 countries, and the program's success surpassed our initial expectations. With this solid foundation, we are now prepared to expand and enhance the program with Batch 2.0 - which will consist of 20 participants and last 8 weeks.
