Stuck at 4.3 of the rust book. It's so hard for me.

Trying to learn rust rn. I don't know if I can finish the book. I am only at "4.3 fixing ownership errors" rn and everything is so hard for me to grasp. Too many new concept used. I'm not smart, not native english speaker, and have no one to ask. I do have chatgpt but still the book is so hard to understand line by line.
