VS Code: How to get these two features?

I've been using VS code with rust-analyzer as suggested by quite a few people. There are however, two key features that I really need:

1. Organise Imports. A simple hotkey which removes unused imports (use statements), and checks if any new imports needs to be added with a menu to quickly select.
2. Folding Functions. A hotkey which folds all the functions specifically. I was able to find an extension that somewhat does this, but doesn't work for functions where the function parameters are collapsable. I'm so used to programming like this, I really struggle without it.
