My First experience creating a proc macro: Implementing a ternary operator

I know ternary operators can be 'controversial', and this isn't me saying I wish rust had one, but I wanted some experience in creating proc macros and I had a situation where my code would look quite a bit cleaner if I used one, so I thought why not give it a go
