Burn Deep Learning Framework Release 0.7.0: Revamped (de)serialization, optimizer & module overhaul, initial ONNX support and tons of new features.

With the new release, I have started documenting the architectural decisions: https://github.com/burn-rs/burn/blob/main/ARCHITECTURE.md. I am open to any feedback on the format and how I can improve the current documentation to make it easier for people to contribute.

PS: For those who are interested, the new (de)serialization method utilizes generic associative types (GAT) to perform type-safe element conversion, allowing states to be saved and loaded from and to any number type.
