Polars query engine 0.29.0 released

A new release of polars https://github.com/pola-rs/polars/releases/tag/rs-0.29.0 query engine/ DataFrame library.

A commonly heared critique is that our API from the rust side can be relatively tedious to work with. Especially compared to the python API. We have plans to make this better by creating an API crate that works as a shim around the current functionality. This indirection can make things much cleaner, and will essentially be the same as what we do on the python side.

But another front-end really got a large improvement this release. And that is SQL. You can now mix and match SQL queries with LazyFrame query plans as you please. It's not yet finished, but its coming along nicely.

A big thanks for everybody involved, as the SQL front-end is completely a community effort.
